Before Printing Starts

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the printing process begins.

If payment has been made, the amount may be refunded after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges (if any).
After Printing Has Started

Once printing or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

No refund will be issued after production begins.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of printing services, refunds are limited.
Refunds Will Be Considered Only If:

There is a manufacturing defect.

The printed product is significantly different from the approved design.

Wrong product was delivered by our team.
Refunds Will NOT Be Applicable If:

Errors exist in customer-provided files (spelling, grammar, design, alignment, resolution issues).

Color variations occur (minor color differences are normal in printing).

The customer has approved the final design proof.

The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
3. Replacement / Reprint Policy

In case of genuine defects, we may offer a free reprint instead of a refund.

The decision to provide refund or reprint rests solely with Prayaashee Print Hub.

Defective products may need to be returned (if applicable).
4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank, Card, etc.).

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
5. Payment Method Specific Conditions
Online Payments

Offline Payments
